Pain Relief with KURU Footwear

Before I swing my legs over the side of the bed I stretch my aching body like i’m 87 years old. Except I’m only 33 and 9 months removed from five months from chemotherapy treatment.

My entire body aches when I walk down the hallway making my way to my toddlers bedroom.

“You’re better than this, Brooke,” I mumble. “You used to be a crossfitter. You’ve hiked all over Arizona.”

The truth is I’m battling arthritis since chemo drugs gave me the “no evidence of disease” declaration.

Then KURU Footwear came into my life.

I’ve worn them nearly every day - all day - since they arrived. Y’all, at the end of the day my knees aren’t screaming. I can get up and down from the floor with my toddler, go on long walks, and do all the things.

If you’re 33 and don’t know what it’s like to be in tears at the end of the day because you’re in the body of your great, great grandma, well … good for you.

I’m going to purchase approximately seven more pairs of these shoes. I love them.
